Rental conditions for taking over your rental car on La Palma
After booking your rental car, you will receive a voucher from us, which shows you exactly where you can get the rental car. This is of course right at the airport La Palma. The voucher shows you the way to the delivery point.
In order for the rental car to be handed over to you, you will of course also need a valid driving licence. It is sufficient, however, if you present a German driving licence. This can still have the very old format (grey), it can also be the already renewed one (pink) and of course the latest version of the driving licence, the card. If you have any doubts, please ask us.
In any case, it is NOT necessary to obtain an international driving licence when you are driving to ,.
For the booking we will charge you a deposit of about 20% of the final price. We will send you the corresponding invoice after the booking has been made. The remaining amount is to be paid in cash on site when you take over the car.
The normal price we offer on La Palma is ONLY valid if the car is rented for at least seven days. If the car is rented for a minimum of 28 days, you will receive the special prices indicated on our website.
Prices for a shorter rental period than 7 days please ask separately.
A second or third driver can be added to the contract free of charge. With many car rental companies you have to pay extra for this additional service.

Extract from the general contract conditions:
It is expressly forbidden to drive on unpaved roads, except with four-wheel drive vehicles.
Damage to glass, tyres and the underbody is not covered. These are at the expense of the renter.
Fuel and parking tickets are at the expense of the renter.
The rental period is at least 1 day
Car rental with delivery at Hotel Tenguia Princess: minimum rental period 7 days.
Each overdraft hour costs 1/3 of the daily rate.
The driver must be at least 23 years old.
Pick up and drop off at the airport and/or hotel is free of charge.
Car delivery at the port: 20,00 €.
Between 21:00 and 08:00 a car delivery costs 20,00 €.
This sum is intended for the employee who performs this service after hours.
