The "Calle Trasera Nr 5" is located in the picturesque, traffic-free old town centre of Puerto de Tazacorte, the sunniest place on the island of La Palma and statistically speaking, even the entire Canary Islands. The house was newly built in 2001 and is very well equipped.
The apartment is suitable for 2 adults. For children between 2 and 8 years the apartment is not necessarily recommended, because the open spiral staircase leads to the sun terrace and the railing on the sun terrace is not childproof. The three-storey house, built in 2001, was adapted to the style of the old town centre. During the construction, natural materials were used and the large sandy beach is only 50m away. "What is so special about this apartment?" you will ask yourself. This question will be answered at the latest when you sit on the roof terrace, look out over the sea and at the same time into one of the most interesting nature reserves in the world, the Caldera de Taburiente. Here you will experience these two attributes of a great holiday home as both overwhelming and gigantic at the same time. 2001 built three-storey house was adapted to the style of the old town centre.
The upper floor with a 2-storey maisonette apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults.
On the first floor of the maisonette there is 1 bedroom with double bed 180 cm x 200 cm with built-in wardrobe.
The living room has a kitchenette with ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, coffee machine and toaster. Everything is fully equipped with dishes for 6 persons. Dining table, couch and armchair give the room a cosy atmosphere. Over a spiral staircase you reach the upper floor.
Upper floor:
There is another seating area with sofa bed and satellite TV. To the north side there is a small balcony with a wonderful view to "El Time". To the south side is the furnished large sun terrace with view into the caldera and to the sea. It is a bright and friendly furnished apartment for guests who want to feel comfortable in a local environment and who want to experience a casual holiday. There, various local restaurants offer a large selection of fresh fish dishes. The small plaza invites you to linger. There is a contemplative palmeric hustle and bustle, where every guest is welcome. Tourism has not yet found its way into this place, but bank custom, supermarket and the bus stop are only a few minutes walk away.
