offers space for four people and has a magnificent view of the Caldera de Taburiente and the Atlantic Ocean.
The house has been transformed into a magnificent holiday home in recent years, mutating into an excellent property equipped with many comforts. The house is situated on a plot of land of about 600 m².
The holiday home is situated at an altitude of approx. 350 m above sea level, it offers approx. 120 m² of living space.
On the property of the house there are different heights, on which different seat possibilities were created. Here you can experience pure holidays and spend them in peace.
In the house there is a living room on the upper floor from where you can enjoy an incredible view. From the living room you can access the terrace through large doors, from where you have an irretrievable view of the sea, the mountains and the Caldera de Taburiente. You can barbecue on the terrace. There is a wide terrace at the house: at the back of the house you sit very sheltered under a roof.
On the ground floor are the other rooms as well as the kitchen and bathrooms.
The two bedrooms have different layouts. In one of the two bedrooms there is a double bed measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m, in the second bedroom there is a double bed measuring 1.60 m x 2.00 m. There are other different furnishings.
There are further different furnishings: One of the bedrooms is equipped with air conditioning, the other with a ceiling fan.
The kitchen, which is well equipped, is adjoined by a dining area, a dining room and a utility room.
The two bathrooms, like the bedrooms, are quite different in design. The smaller bathroom has a spacious shower, washbasin and toilet. Not to forget the view of the sea from here. In the second, somewhat larger bathroom, there is a bathtub. From here you have a view of the Caldera de Taburiente.
On the house
There is also a beautiful garden with a variety of fruit trees: Oranges, papayas and bananas. From there you can access the pool (approx. 4.00 m x 4.00 m), which also has a counter-current system. The pool can be heated to approx. 25°C for an extra charge of € 10.00 per day.
Of course, it can also get cooler on La Palma in the winter months. A fireplace and a mobile heating system are available for this purpose.
