Description

The holiday home Finca Arecida is divided into two separate bedrooms, a living room with integrated kitchen and a bathroom.
There is a washing machine in a small adjoining room.

• Iron and ironing board are available.
• The house can be heated by an electric heater and two electric radiators

In one of the bedrooms there is a double bed 1,40 m x 2,00 m, in the second bedroom there are two single beds 0,90 m x 2,00 m.
A cot and a high chair can be added.

In the well-equipped kitchen you will find the following:

• Oven with 4-ring ceramic hob
• microwave oven
• fridge-freezer
• Coffee maker
• Toaster

The bathroom is a shower room. In the bathroom there is a WC and a double washbasin.

• A hairdryer is available.

The cosy large living room offers two sofas with different seating areas and a dining area.

The pool has a size of approx. 9.50 m x 4.50 m and is up to approx. 1.80 m deep with electrolysis process for the treatment of the salt water.
On request, the pool heating can be booked on site. This will be charged with 25,00 € per day. Please contact the house management for more information.
  

The village of Tijarafe can be reached quickly by rental car. Here you will find several small shops that offer sufficient food. There is also a German bakery in Tijarafe.
