This high quality, modern villa south of Tijarafe is a holiday paradise for sophisticated demands and people looking for peace and relaxation. The great ambience of the building as well as the furnishings invites you to a luxurious holiday. The stunning sea view and the surroundings of the villa will make you want to return.
The villa is NOT suitable for children under 14 years. Please understand that due to the nature of some of the walls, smaller children (under 14 years) cannot be accommodated.

Detailed description of the Villa de la Luz
The newly built Villa de la Luz is situated on a plot of land of approx. 15,000 sqm in an absolutely isolated location with approx. 190 sqm of living space and a terrace of approx. 120 sqm that cannot be seen. The house has a very spacious living area, with stylish designer furniture and a fully glazed gallery with breathtaking views of the sea and the cliffs. In two separate sleeping wings there is one bedroom each, with shower or full bath. In the south wing is the generously equipped kitchen.

The location
The house is located on the west side of La Palma in the best climate zone on the steep coast of El Jesus about 300 m above sea level. It is situated on a spacious, terraced plot of about 15,000 sqm in an absolutely isolated location and is easily accessible via an asphalted road. Tijarafe is seven minutes by car, the beach of Tazacorte fifteen minutes.

Living room
You will live in an open salon with a glazed gallery facing the sea of a total of approx. 90 sqm. A modern sofa landscape and a large dining table made of solid oak with leather seating for up to eight people give the living room a modern, spacious ambience. The optimal insulation of the house and the glazed gallery equipped with sun blinds ensure permanently pleasant room temperatures in summer and winter. On cool winter evenings the revolving fireplace stove with panoramic window provides warmth.
A large-format 100Hz flat-screen TV with integrated satellite receiver and a Blue-ray Disc/DVD system are available for entertainment. All current German programmes can be received. Internet access is possible via WLAN router.

Bedroom
You can choose between two bedrooms with sea view of 18 or 20 sqm. One has a double bed with two high-quality spring mattresses of 1.00 x 2.00 m. In the second bedroom there is a French bed of 1.70 x 2.00 m, for which single duvets and a one-piece duvet (2.00 x 2.20 m) are available. Several built-in wardrobes are located in the bedroom and hallway.

Bathroom
There are two bathrooms to choose from: a full bath with glass shower wall, two washbasins, bidet and WC of 8 sqm, and a smaller shower room with washbasin and WC.
In both bathrooms there is an electric heating.

Kitchen
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and offers a 3-burner gas stove with extractor fan, oven, fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher as well as coffee machine, toaster, mixer, espresso pots.

Study
The study is unfortunately not available, it is used privately and is locked.

Pool
To the sunny side of the villa, the spacious pool of 9.00 x 3.20 m at a depth of 1.50 m invites you to swim, swim and relax. From the pool and sun terrace you can enjoy spectacular views of the sea and the cliffs. Due to the favourable climate and the altitude of only 300 m the water stays in a pleasant temperature range all year round. The pool was only completed in spring 2018. Therefore there are not many photos of it here yet. Also the garden will be redesigned due to the new pool.

The garden
The garden of approx. 4,000 sqm is planted with over 60 palm trees, exotic deciduous trees and 20 fruit trees and is bordered by large natural stone walls. To the west a lawn guarantees a free view of the sea. In the middle of the wind-protected terrace, a jacaranda tree offers pleasant partial shade. Garden furniture with cushions, sun beds and parasol are available.
The driveway, the pool and all terraces are equipped with outdoor lights.
There is a gas barbecue available. This must be cleaned by you after use or can be cleaned by the manager for € 20. The money is paid directly to the manager on site. It is an advantage if you arrange this upon arrival.

Leisure and shopping
The small supermarkets in La Punta and Arecida are about 3 km away. You will find a wide range of leisure activities and numerous shopping facilities in Los Llanos and El Paso. The beach in Puerto de Tazacorte is 15 minutes by car, the most beautiful beach of the island, Playa de la Veta, 20 minutes by car plus 20 minutes walking.

There is a charging station for your e-car with a capacity of 3.6 kw/h. It is mainly powered by solar energy.
