Casa Palmara A and B are two holiday homes of equal value, situated directly next to each other - semi-detached houses. The houses are tastefully furnished so that you can spend your holiday in the usual good standard.

Detailed description
The house is located in the sunny Aridane valley, close to La Laguna, in a quiet area with beautiful views of the sea and the mountains. It is situated on a very large plot of land with subtropical planting, of which there is some flowering all year round. The house was built in 1999 in typical Canarian style and is divided into two semi-detached houses, each for two persons. In one house an extra bed and a baby cot can be placed on request. In only five minutes by car you are in Los Llanos, a nice little town where you can stroll around and have a coffee on the plaza. You will find good shopping facilities everywhere. A German doctor is located in the immediate vicinity of our house. The beach of Puerto Naos and other smaller beaches can be reached in 15 minutes by car. A small shop where you can buy fresh bread, fruits and vegetables from our own garden is only a few minutes walk away.
The property has an area of approx. 5.300m² and is situated above the banana plantations at an altitude of 380 meters above sea level.
The ceilings of the living and dining rooms are typically Canarian and are covered with wood up to the top, which gives the rooms a particularly cosy atmosphere. The living rooms are equipped with comfortable couch sets. Television, with German SAT-TV, radio and books are also available. The furniture is made exclusively of solid wood and has an environmentally friendly surface treatment.
Even the kitchenette is made of solid wood, equipped with oven, coffee machine etc.
The bedrooms have German quality mattresses. Bed linen, towels - except bath towels for the beach - are sufficiently available.
A washing machine is also at your disposal.
Both terraces, of which one is partly covered, have beautiful garden furniture and invite you to stay.
Over banana plantations and the village "La Laguna" you have a free view to the west over the Atlantic Ocean and you can experience wonderful sunsets.
