El Poleal is a small holiday home complex with a pool
We offer four accommodation units, each of which can be occupied by four people.
You have a wonderful sea view from each unit.
All flats are identically furnished and have the same layout.
Each of the apartments has a small garden with paths around the house. The pool, located a little off to the side, is a communal pool for the four residents of the small Alage El Poleal.
Each flat has a terrace in front of it with sea views. From the terrace you enter the flat and there is a cosy sofa in the living room. A television is available in the living room. Here you can receive German channels.
The kitchenette is simply equipped, but is sufficient to prepare your daily meals. There is a round dining table for four people near the kitchenette.
A small corridor leads from the living room to the bathroom and the two bedrooms.
El Poleal is located in Las Norias at an altitude of approx. 390 metres above sea level and is therefore very favourably situated in terms of climate.
Due to this favourable location, this place has mild temperatures all year round.
In 2021, as is well known, a recent volcanic eruption took place on La Palma. This volcano was named Tajogaite.
The lava flow from this volcano passed close to the complex and after the lava had cooled, a new road was built over the lava.
The entire area is part of the lovely Aridane Valley.

It has a size of approx. 6m x 3m
Important to know:
Towels and bed linen are changed weekly.
Please bring your own towels for the beach.
All four holiday homes are non-smoking!
The El Poleal holiday homes are not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
The neighbourhood
El Remo is always a favourite place to eat fish right by the sea in rustic surroundings.
Puerto de Tazacorte has several restaurants and a long black sandy beach.
In just a few minutes you can reach the grill restaurant called "Restaurante Las Norias".
Cancellation policy for all accommodation units in the El Poleal complex
(deviating from our cancellation conditions from the general terms and conditions)
Up to 45 days before the day of arrival 20%.
From 44 to 35 days before the day of arrival 50%.
From the 34th day to 8 days before the move-in date 80%.
From the 7th day to 2 days before the move-in date 90%.
One day before the day before the move-in date or no-show on the move-in date 100% of the total price.
