Description

El Poleal 4

Your flat has a terrace with sea views in front of it. You enter the flat from the terrace. There is a cosy sofa in the living room. There is a television in the living room. Here you can receive German channels.
The kitchenette is simply equipped, but is sufficient to prepare your daily meals. There is a round dining table for four people near the kitchenette.

A small corridor leads from the living room to the bathroom and the two bedrooms.

El Poleal is located in Las Norias at an altitude of approx. 390 metres above sea level and is therefore very favourably situated in terms of climate.
Due to this favourable location, this place has mild temperatures all year round.

As is well known, a new volcanic eruption took place on La Palma in 2021. This volcano was named Tajogaite.
The lava flow from this volcano passed close to the site. After the lava had cooled, a new road was built over the lava.
The entire area is part of the lovely Aridane Valley.

Towels and bed linen are changed weekly.
Please bring your own towels for the beach.

All four holiday homes are non-smoking!

The El Poleal holiday homes are not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Cancellation policy for all accommodation units in the El Poleal complex
(deviating from our cancellation conditions from the general terms and conditions)
Up to 45 days before the day of arrival 20%.
From 44 to 35 days before the day of arrival 50%.
From the 34th day to 8 days before the move-in date 80%.
From the 7th day to 2 days before the move-in date 90%.
One day before the day before the move-in date or no-show on the move-in date 100% of the total price.
