Penthouse in Puerto Naos - first line beach holiday
Spacious with outstanding sea views
Short information:
The penthouse is located on the 5th floor (it is the top floor) of a house situated on the first line of the beach.
You can reach the flat by lift.
As of August 2024: Unfortunately, the elevator is currently not functional.
The living space of the penthouse is about 140 m². Around the penthouse there are two more terraces, one facing the sea with approx. 200 m² and one facing the back (view of the mountains) with a size of approx. 100 m².
If you look at the photos, you will see that you have an incredible view of the sea, especially from the front terrace.
All fentsre are secluded, because there is no neighbour opposite.
Kitchen:
with refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher.
And: sea view also from the kitchen.
Dining area:
Outside, in front of the kitchen, under a pergola.

Detailed description
The penthouse is located on the top floor of the house and offers you a wonderful panoramic view over the village of Puerto Naos.
The penthouse is framed by two very large terraces. The front of the two terraces, the one facing the sea, is approx. 200m large, the terrace to the rear is approx. 100m large.
On the terraces there are numerous indigenous plants in tubs or in the ground, all of which are automatically watered.
PLEASE: Never touch the timers, as changing the times or even switching off the watering can have serious consequences.
From the windows you look out over the sea, there are no opposite houses in front of the windows, so no one can look into the windows.
The large living room also includes the dining room with an office area. There is a desk where you can do your work. At the back of the living room, on the side facing the mountains, there is a shady terrace under a pergola.
On the other side of the penthouse, that is to the sea side, is the kitchen. In front of the kitchen, in the open air, under a pergola, with sea view, is a dining area. In the evening it invites
and the glass of wine also finds its justification here.
Three separate bedrooms are located in the penthouse.

The bathroom with WC and washing machine, is located on the mountain side. There is a door with a window and a possibility to dry laundry outside.
The penthouse offers you a wonderful place for a great holiday. The closeness to the sea, the peace on the terraces, the fresh air, everything contributes to your relaxing holiday.
