Detailed description

On an approx. 4000 m2 large Finca with many fruit trees and many vines stands the holiday house Casa Marena. The house is located in the middle of the small village Puntagorda on a fruit finca. To go shopping it is about five minutes on foot, the house is suitable for 4 persons.
From the Finca Marena you will find excellent hiking trails around Puntagorda. You should also make a purchase in the market hall of Puntagorda in any case.

The typical Canarian country house, which became a holiday home, has approx. 75m² living space with two terraces, one of which can be seen on the photos (breakfast terrace).

Furthermore there is a spacious kitchen in the house, consisting of a kitchenette with 4 plate stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, toaster and all appliances necessary to take care of yourself and the flatmates. A washing machine is also at your disposal.
On cooler winter days a wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth in the house.

A living room, approx. 25 m² large, with coach set and music system, 2 separate bedrooms, a brand new bathroom with shower, WC, heated towel rail and hairdryer, and a large patio (courtyard) which can also be used as a lounge, are also part of the house. Of course, there is also satellite TV available, with which you can also receive German programs.
You will find an internet connection in the house.
All rooms in the house are heatable, the living room with the above mentioned stove.
