Detailed description
Casa Celta is a light-flooded, quietly situated holiday home with floor-to-ceiling windows, located on the sunny west side of the island, centrally between Los Llanos and El Paso. From the terrace you have a beautiful tropical, secluded garden with sea views and enjoy fantastic sunsets.

The location
The house is located on the sunny west side of the island, in a pleasant climate zone, about 3 km above the city of Los Llanos, in a beautiful, well maintained urbanisation with a wonderful, exotic tree population, which invites you to go for a walk. Shopping facilities, bus stop and restaurants are in direct proximity.
The airport is about 30 km away, the beaches of Tazacorte and Puerto Naos can be reached by car in 15 minutes.

Living
The house has a large bedroom with air conditioning, double bed (French bed - 1.60m wide) and a large window overlooking the garden and a smaller bedroom with a French bed - 1.40m wide. The tastefully furnished living room has large, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, an electric fireplace, a dining area and comfortable seating. The house has been retrofitted with a winter garden, which has positively changed the ambience of the whole house.
From a well-equipped kitchen, which is equipped with electric cooker with ceramic hotplates and oven, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, coffee machine etc., a small breakfast terrace can be entered.
In the bathroom there is a bathtub with integrated shower, toilet and wash basin.
Beautiful, large built-in cupboards in the bedrooms and in the hall give enough space for your wardrobe and personal belongings. It is a house in which you will feel completely comfortable.
