Do you like special things?
Then a stay in this attractive holiday home in a dreamlike, unspoilt location with a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains is just the right thing for you!
The detached holiday home La Palma is surrounded by a well-kept, park-like exotic garden, which invites you to discover a variety of subtropical trees and plants. You can enjoy peace and nature, depending on the weather, on a shady or sunny spot in the extensive garden. Outdoor seating is also available on a covered terrace in front of the house.
In the summer of 2017 the property was extended by a varied pond landscape. Over several cascades, water flows over a small picturesque waterfall into a large pond basin, which is laid out with natural stones.
The house is surrounded by a winter garden, which spans the entire south and west side.
From the cosy dining area in the winter garden, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean or the fascinating mountain world even on windy or cloudy days. Here you can experience unforgettable sunsets during dinner.
The kitchen
The cosy kitchen-cum-living room, furnished in Canarian style, has all the necessary kitchen appliances (oven with ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge...)
Living room
In the comfortable living room you will find a SAT-TV, a stereo system as well as a varied book and game offer. In the living room and in the bathroom, a heating system and an additional heating unit provide pleasant warmth on cooler evenings if required.
The house was completely renovated and is in a very good condition.
Bedroom
In the stylishly furnished bedroom with double bed, large wardrobe and beautiful chest of drawers you will certainly spend wonderful nights and also have enough space to store all your belongings.
For a third person or two children there is an additional possibility to stay overnight on a comfortable, pull-out bed couch, which is located in a separate, friendly equipped room.
Should you need overnight accommodation for additional persons travelling with you, the "Casita las Pincoras" is at your disposal.

The location:
The house, "Casa las Pincoras", is located 2 km south of El Paso on a quiet side street. El Paso is on the sunny west side of the island and has a lot of shopping facilities and restaurants. Los Llanos, the second largest city of La Palma, is only 6 km. away and El Paso is an ideal starting point for excursions to the UNESCO - National Park "Caldera de Taburiente", which is the heart of the island with its spectacular volcanic crater.
Directly from the holiday home you can start hiking in the mountains or visit the beautiful beaches of Puerto Naos or Puerto de Tazacorte (approx. 14 km away) by rental car in a few minutes.
