Pabellon Miramar - is an excellently equipped holiday home built in the Canarian style. It is situated in a quiet area a little below Puntagorda at an altitude of about 550 m above sea level.
A large garden of varied and lush plants, where you can enjoy the approx. 20.000 sqm large property on different terraces, offers a beautiful sea view, a magnificent view of the coastal landscape and thus also the view of the breathtaking nature.
Here you will find exactly what makes the island of La Palma so unique, what is almost indescribable, what needs to be experienced.
The region of Puntagorda captivates among other things in the months of January and February because of the particularly splendid almond blossom.
In the living room there is a wood-burning stove for cooler winter evenings. The floor is covered with antique French terracotta tiles and gives the house its special charm.
The bathroom is tiled with antique travertine marble and the beautiful metal sink gives the bathroom an oriental inspiration.
The bathroom has a heating system which can be used free of charge from November to April.
In the well equipped kitchen there is a dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven and a coffee machine. There is a separate storage room for the existing washing machine.
A Nespresso machine is available for making coffee.
From the bedroom, which has a French bed (1.40 x 2.00m), you can step through a large double door directly onto the terrace.
In the house there is SAT-TV, stereo with I-Pod-charging station, hair dryer and iron.
From all rooms you have a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean and the sunset.
A baby bed is provided free of charge.
