Holiday home - Canarian beach house - only 50 m from the beach

Situated in a narrow idyllic lane

The historic house is located only about 50 meters from the beach. It is not just any accommodation, it is a luxurious, comfortable place, equipped with many amenities that offer wellness and pleasure, down to the smallest detail. The house offers a large and spacious living area (approx. 82 sqm living space in total) for a pleasant and unforgettable stay in the small village of Puerto de Tazacorte on La Palma.

The beach house is located in the sleepy fishing village with small and narrow alleys, colourful houses and a beautiful beach. The house is only 50 meters away from the beautiful sandy beach, which is the longest sandy beach of the island. The beach is "almost at the front door".
The townhouse is three floors high and is located in an old narrow alley, in the middle of the village. These narrow, narrow alleys are pedestrian areas, cars do not drive here. Only a few meters away you will find fish and other restaurants, all directly on the beach.
In the townhouse you can rent two separate apartments. From the first to the third floor there is an apartment for two persons with a roof terrace.

A small flat, located on the ground floor (approx. 41 sqm), is also rented separately. So if you want to arrive with three or four people, the studio is ideally suited to accommodate the extra persons. In terms of style, it is just as attractively furnished as the flat upstairs. But the studio can also be useful for two people, for example if the partner travelling with you snores...???

The houses and the alleys of the old town of Puerto de Tazacorte are very narrow, therefore the living situation in the "Canary Town House" is spread over several floors. From the entrance of the house, a very narrow staircase leads to the first floor, where the bedroom and bathroom are located.
Over a few more stairs you reach the 2nd floor. Here is the living room with a leather sofa set and a television. Behind a wall ledge there is a dining table for four persons. The room is four meters high and flooded with light, because daylight falls through the insulated glass panes in the roof into the room. Through a door you enter the kitchen with a small balcony from which you can see the nearby sea. From the ceramic hob to the dishwasher and various coffee machines the kitchen does not lack any comfort. Over a stairway that is made of old canarian tea-wood one gets to the roof terrace. Two sun loungers, a sun sail, an outdoor kitchen with refrigerator and grill, an outdoor shower and a dining table with 4 chairs invite you to live under the open sky.

Because the stairs are very steep and narrow, the house is not suitable for children under 8 years of age or for people with reduced mobility.

You can buy everything for your daily needs in the small old fishing village Puerto de Tazacorte. Supermarkets are available. But also to Los Llanos, the "biggest city" on the west side of the island (approx. 5.000 inhabitants) you can drive with your rental car only a few minutes. The longest bathing beach of the island is only a few meters away from your holiday home.

The holiday flat with the roof terrace (suitable for 2 persons - for 4 persons with the studio located on the ground floor)

In the spacious bedroom, equipped with wardrobe, two beds, a chest of drawers and chairs, you will sleep well, as the street (without car traffic) is quiet. You cross a room to enter the bathroom. In the large bathroom there is a shower, washbasin and WC. In another room you will find the washing machine.
To enter the living room you have to use another staircase. In this living room you will find a leather seating ensemble. In addition, the Canarian town house does not do without modern technology. DSL internet, air conditioning, satellite TV and DVD player are available. The living room is very bright, because light falls through the ceiling into the room. In the living room there is a wall projection behind which a large dining table is located (for 4 persons). The adjacent kitchen is well equipped. In front of the kitchen is a small balcony from which you can also look out to the sea from the side.
The roof terrace can be reached via a further staircase. The roof terrace offers a view into the Caldera de Taburiente, the enormous natural park of the island La Palma. On the terrace there are two deck chairs, table and chairs for 4 persons. An outdoor kitchen - with grill and an outdoor shower allow living on the roof terrace, which is about 26 sqm.

The bathroom of the apartment is identical with the one of the apartment above.

Small apartment - for 1 to 2 persons (if the flat has been rented)

The small apartment is also to rented separately, it can also be rented in connection with the apartment, i.e. for a third and / or fourth person.
The apartment has a separate entrance. In the living-room/bedroom, which is equipped with a table, two chairs and a wardrobe, there is also air conditioning.
Internet (DSL) can be received here, but there is no TV set or music system in the apartment.
When the houses were built in the oldtown of Puerto de Tazacorte, it was very important that the single rooms were not too heated by the sun. This is why the daylight only falls through the milk glass panes of the front door made of teahood.
From the small anteroom located at the ground floor, one gets to the bathroom with shower, toilet and a washbasin.
